Established in 1908, the Uganda museum is the oldest in East Africa. It is home to exhibits of traditional culture, science, archaeology, and natural history. It sits on plot 5, old Kira road. It is near Acacia mall, the British embassy, Mulago hospital, Kitante golf course, and Fairway hotel.
