Q- How to make a reservation with the Airport Transfer Company?

  1. Use the ‘Instant Quote calculator having identified the start and finish points for your journey.
  2. The price for the service is automatically displayed within the ‘Instant Quote display panel.
  3. Click on the ‘Book Your Transfer button to complete your booking request.
  4. Fill in your personal details, contact information, flight number and flight arrival/collection time in the booking form. It is essential we have accurate telephone contacts for you
  5. If the pick-up location is other than Entebbe International Airport, select the town/city and advise in the comments text area the name of the hotel, address where you want our driver to collect you.
  6. Select the maximum number of passengers in your group that will dictate the vehicle type to be used and the final cost of the transfer.
  7. If you will need to make any detour or stops en-route to your destination please advise in the comment box.
  8. Should you require a baby seat please indicate and select number of seats. Each baby seat will cost USD5- per unit. Click to submit your booking request .
  9. An e-mail confirmation and supporting invoice for payment will be sent to the e-mail address you have provided in the booking form should we be able to accommodate the request.

Q- How can I pay for my transfer service?

  1. We have adopted a two stage payment solution for our transfer services:
  2. Credit Card payment using PayPal payment services to cover the booking deposit
  3. Payment to the driver of any balance due on arrival/collection.
  4. You will be required to pay an initial 20% deposit for journey that being a minimum of USD10- or which ever is the greater to confirm any booking. You will receive an email confirmation and an invoice directing you to affect the payment deposit through the PayPal payments interface.
  5. Payment to the driver of any balance will be handled at the time you are picked up at the time you are collected to embark on your journey.

Q- What is included in the transfer service price?

  • The price quoted is in US Dollars and can be paid at prevailing rate of exchange into Uganda shillings at time of travel.
  • The price quoted is for entire vehicle as per the selection in the booking form.

Q- How do I find The Airport Transfer Company vehicle?

  1. When pick up is made at Entebbe Airport, a driver will be waiting for you on the time submitted, in the arrival section with a sign with your name on it.
  2. When you are being picked up at any other locations, supply us with exact location and collection time so that our driver many find you.

Q- How to cancel or modify a reservation?

  1. To cancel or modify a booking either reply directly from the confirmation e-mail you received at the time of booking or contact us through the website ‘contact us‘ page detailing your transfer request reference number.
  2. In emergency cases, use the Hotline telephone number posted on the website in support of an e-mail communication.
    My departure or destination is not in the option list.
  3. We have made a list of the major travel destinations to cover popular destinations countrywide. If your pick up or drop off location is not one of our options listed, you should select the closest location and advise in the comments box where your pickup location/destination actually is.
  4. You may request a quote by email. To do this click on the ‘contact us‘ link and send a detailed description of the service required.

Q- What if I need a Baby Seat?

  1. We provide Baby seats to our clients on request. If you need more than one baby seat complete your booking indicating the number of seats you need and the age of the children in the comments box.

Q- How long will my trip be?

  1. Click here to view the distance and travel time overview for journeys to/from Entebbe International Airport.

Q- If my arrival flight is delayed?

  1. If your pick up point is at Entebbe International Airport, please enter your arrival flight number, so we can monitor your flight as to know the exact arrival time.
  2. We don’t Charge waiting Fee for up to 90minutes, to give you time to clear with Customs.

Q- Does my airport transfer service include a drivers tip?

  1. No, giving a tip is discretionary and completely depends on you.
