This service is offered on a vice versa basis. We operate a range of vehicle sizes to suit your specific needs that include: Saloons cars, Station wagons, Mini buses and larger buses up to 25 seats to cater for group transfers. These vehicles are all of good quality and condition. Drivers are trained to treat customers in a professional and courteous manner.

What types of vehicles and capacity do we offer

• Babies are counted as passengers
• Take into account any additional or oversized luggage
• Strollers are counted as one normal luggage
• Foldable wheelchairs are generally counted as one normal luggage
• If you are more than 5 passengers, you may book two vehicles, or simply contact us for advice
• Vehicles are insured and regularly inspected
• Luggage must fit into the boot of the car

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Baby seat

There is an additional charge USD5- extra for a baby seat. You may advise us on the age of the baby when making a booking in the comment box so we can provide the right size. We offer seats for children up to 4 years old.

Additional stop on the way

There is a charge for additional stops on the way. Generally USD10- per stop (not diversion). When making a booking you may let us know in the comment box or ask us before you book by contacting us and letting us know where you need to stop.

Diversion

Any diversion on the journey must be specified in the comment box when making booking and we will reconfirm the price for the journey including your diversion by return of e-mail. You may send us an e-mail for a quote before booking the airport transfer online.

Checking your flight

When you book we will take your flight number and scheduled arrival time so that we are able to monitor your flight for any delays.

Waiting time

The driver will be waiting on the terminal concourse on the outside of the security zone with your name on a board. Expect to take 30 minutes to clear customs and immigration on arrival. We allow you 90 minutes waiting time for free from your arrival time. If you lost your baggage has failed to arrive on your flight please attempt to contact our office to advise accordingly if you are likely to exceed the 90 minute free waiting time so we can advise the waiting driver.

Car Parking fee

When travelling from or to the airport we include the car parking fee in the price. The passenger does not have to pay for parking at the airport.
